Abstract
Due to the fact that there are two levels of capacitance values between electrodes and the coupling capacitance,it is difficult to compensate the couple capacitances in measuring the small capacitances for electrical capacitance tomography system.The research of 12-electrode oil-water two-phase flows electrical capacitance tomography system was carried out.Based on the analysis of ECT system principle,ECT data acquisition system was designed,small capacitance was measured by adopting the front compensation method,and the key technique in the process of measuring was analyzed and discussed.The experimental results show that the method is practicable to the measurement of small capacitance.
