Abstract
The object is majored in the research of 12-electrode oil-water two-phase flows electrical capacitance tomography system.According to the principle of ECT system,data acquisition system is designed,small capacitance is measured adopting the front compensation method,and the key technique in the process of measuring is analyzed and discussed.The experimental results show that the method is practicable to the measurement of small capacitance.
