Abstract

In this study, two kinds of extraction process for total flavonoids from leaves of Elaeagnus mollis Diels were compared by orthogonal experimental. The optimum conditions of leaching extraction were ethanol concentration 60 %,ratio of material to liquid 1∶25,extraction time 240 min, bath temperature 70 ℃.Based on these conditions, the extracting rate was 2.34 %.The optimum conditions of microware extraction were Ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶20,extraction time 25 min, extraction pressure 0.25 MKP,the extracting rate could get up 3.13 %.By comparing with two extraction process, the results indicated that the microwave extraction not only could effectively shorten extraction time and reduce the extraction times, but also made the extracting rate increase 37 %.So microware extraction as a preferred technology can be used to extracting total flavonoids from leaves of Elaeagnus mollis Diels.
