Abstract
Human resource management innovation has always been a major issue,especially for state-owned enterprises which drive the GDP growth,as well as bear considerable social responsibilities.Thus human resource management innovation appears essential.This paper analyses the existing problems in state-owned enterprise human resource management based on the theory of the state-owned enterprise human resource management and proposes the solutions to the problems.
