Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of atorvastatin in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) for clinical using.Methods Hyperlipidemia rabbits were divided into five groups(normal control group,model AMI group,sham AMI group,10mg(kg·d) atorvastatin group,5mg/(kg·d) atorvastatin group).The left anterior descending branch of coronary artery of rabbits were ligated to make the AMI rabbits.Then determines blood lipid,hs-CRP and IL-6 contents in the serum 24 hours later.Results Compared with normal control group,hs-CRP and IL-6 significantly increased(P0.01).Compared with model AMI group,hs-CRP and IL-6 significantly decreased(P0.01),high dosage atorvastatin is better.Conclusion Pretreatment with atorvastatin can reduce blood lipid and inflammatory factors contents in acute myocardial infarction rabbits with hyperlipidemia,which maybe one of its mechanisms of preventing AMI effects.
