Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on serum lipids in patients with cerebral infarction and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) value of impact.Methods:48 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with combined hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups.Atorvastatin group(24 cases) and simvastatin(24 cases) group were observed before and after treatment in patients with blood lipid and hs-CRP changes.Results:4 weeks after the atorvastatin group and the simvastatin group serum triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein were significantly lower(P0.05),and difference was significant;atorvastatin group and simvastatin group hs-CRP were significantly lower(P0.05),Atorvastatin group, but more significantly reduced(P0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin reduces cerebral infarction in a short time in patients with blood lipid and hs-CRP value, thereby reducing the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases.
