Exploration of Improvement of Teaching Effects of the Course of Outline of Modern and Contemporary History of China

Giving the course of Outline of Modern and Contemporary History of China in universities reflects the CPC and the country's emphasis on the Ideological and Political Theory Education for the college students.However,the teaching effects of the course have not been satisfactory until now.In view of existing teaching problems,we are trying to search for improvement of teaching effects by enhancing the theories and technicality of the course,enlivening the atmosphere of the class,carrying out the teaching of open model,strengthening the persons qualified to teach,giving play to the teachers' leading functions,tapping the historical sources and strengthening the students' social practice,etc.
