Abstract
Objective:To investigate chemical constituents of Ilex asprella.Method: Reflux extraction,silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 were used for separation.MS,1H-NMR,13 C-NMR and other spectroscopic techniques were used for identification of compounds.Result:Seven compounds were isolated and identified,they were kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopynanoside,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopynanoside,kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopynanoside,rutin,oleanolic acid,triacontanoic acid,and sucrose respectively.Conclusion: All compounds were first isolated from this plant except for compound 2.
