Abstract
Objective To investigate the phenolic constituents from Ilex Asprella. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by macroporous resin, reverse phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated with spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as caffeic acid( Ⅰ),methyl caffeate( Ⅱ),chlorogenic acid( Ⅲ),cyclohexanecarboxylic acid( Ⅳ),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester( Ⅴ),syringaldehyde( Ⅵ).Conclusion Compound Ⅱ-Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
