Abstract
The treatment with exogenous GA3,ABA on seed and parents hybride rice,the results showed the difference on the same exogenous plant growth substances treatment.The content of 110 mg/L,GA3 can promote seed germinating significantly,and ABA restrained them significantly,however,preharvest sprouting formation was promoted dramatically on V20B parent rice which need the content of 80 mg/L GA3 and Jin 23B which need the content of 110 mg/L,then it was inhibited remarkably on V20B which need the higher content and Jin23B which need the content of 70 mg/L.It was more complex on mechanism of preharvest sprouting in parent hybrid rice than seed germinating.
