Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on preschool children anxiety before operation and anesthesia with the degree of influence.Methods 118 cases of preschool children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,59 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group on the basis of routine nursing implementation of psychological intervention.Results The MYPAS score in the observation group,waiting for operation during induction of anesthesia were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).The observation group during induction of anesthesia in ICC score was significantly lower than that in the control group during induction of anesthesia in ICC score,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.132,P 0.01).Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention can effectively improve the patients with anxiety before operation and anesthesia cooperation degree.
