A Study on the Effects of Different IBA Concentration on Rooting of 'Zhong Li Yi Hao'

Abstract

Tissue culture which was used in 'Zhong Li Yi Hao',was to explore the effect of different IBA concentration(0.5, 1.5,2,3,4,5,6,7 mg/L) on rooting.And the result showed:the optimum culture medium that induced rooting of plantlet was 1/2MS + IBA(1mg/L) + sucrose(25g/L)+ agar(6g/L),the rooting rate was up to 47.62%,and the seedling developed well and had strong root.When plantlet had five leaves,it was transplanted into vermiculite that had fine water retentation and permeability,and the transplanting survival rate was above 80%.
