Study on Distribution Disciplines of TCM Syndromes in Chronic Non-atrophy Gastritis

Objective To investigate the distribution disciplines of TCM syndrome differentiation in Chronic Non-atrophy Gastritis(CNAG).Methods Designing the data-collecting form,Selected the basic TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency syndrome,stomach-yin deficiency syndrome,stomach-heat syndrome,Qi-stagnation syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,dampness retention syndrome,the 577 cases of CNAG of Dr.Dong were recorded,and the differentiating rules were explored by date mining.Results There were 23 TCM syndromes,of which the compound syndromes were the most seen,secondly the single syndromes.The top eight of TCM syndrome differentiation were spleen-deficiency and Qi-stagnation syndrome(19.67%),spleen-deficiency and stomach heat syndrome(18.94%),spleen-deficiency syndrome(18.03%),asthenia cold syndrome(10.02%),splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome(7.29%),Qi-stagnation syndrome(6.91%),stomach-heat syndrome(4.74%),dampness retention syndrome.Conclusion The syndromes of deficiency of the spleen and stagnation of liver-qi are major in CNAG.
