Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution laws of TCM syndrome types of advanced stomach cancer and provide evidences for clinical treatment.Methods According to relative diagnostic standard,6 basic syndrome types commonly in clinic were chosen,and 167 patients were given syndrome differentiation,classification and statistical analysis.Results The distribution frequency of TCM syndrome types were,in a descending order,syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency cold,syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and blood,syndrome of stomach-heat damaging yin,syndrome of liver qi invading stomach,and syndrome of phlegm-damp congealing.Conclusion Syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency cold is the most common syndrome types in the patients with advanced stomach cancer.
