Abstract
The dry fermentation was optimized to produce biogas using rice straw as the main raw material through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best conditions for dry fermentation of rice straw to produce biogas were as follows: pH value 7.5,temperature 33℃,sludge inoculum 35%,water content 80%.Under above conditions,the total biogas production could reach 1250 mL after 20 d with 100 g rice straw as substrate.
