A study on the balanced development of compulsory education in Jilin Province under the background of new rural construction

Taking Jilin Province as a case,this article analyzes the current situation of rural compulsory education,makes clear the primary reasons for the unbalanced development of rural compulsory education,clarifies the problems which must be solved to promote the balanced development of rural compulsory education.The author thinks that it is a powerful measure for improving the farmer quality,transferring rural surplus labors,increasing the farmers' income and realizing harmonious development in Jilin Province to promote a well-balanced development of rural compulsory education.
