Abstract
Through questionnaire,the informal discussion,the interview and so on,this paper invetigates and analyzing development of rural compulsory education in Jilin Province,presents strategies of developing rural compulsory education in Jilin Province during the Eleventh 5-year Plan,and points out that developing rural compulsory education can surely improve farmers' quality and realize a well-off society in China.
