Abstract

The effective and comprehensive improvement of farmers’ quality through the development of the compulsory education in the rural area is the key to improve its development of the economy and society in a rapid and harmonious way. This essay will analyze the actuality and the problems of the compulsory education in the rural area in Hebei Province followed with the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is expected that this essay would have some positive functions on the building of harmonious and well-being society in the rural area in Hebei Province.
