Summarily Analyze the Factors Restraining the Development of the Late Qing Dynasty Industrial Education

As the initial phase of China's vocational education,industrial education produced in late Qing Dynasty is one of the main elements of modern education of China.Although industrial education produced earlier,its development had been slow,tortuous,and never become a modern education mainstream in China.There were many factors that restrained the development of industrial education.Primarily: first,insufficient funding,second,lack of teachers,third,recruits inadequate,fourth,weak management,and the most fundamental factor was economic power shortage.Neither did it provide necessary funds to industrial education,nor digested the products of industrial education.All these factors hindered the development of industry education.
