Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical application of CT-laser-guided percutaneous transthoracic aspiration biopsy. Methods The aspiration biopsy results of103cases with thoracopathy by laser-guidence were analysed. Results Of the103cases,the diagnosis accuracy rate of aspiration biopsy is83.0%in benign diseases and91.5%in malignant diseases. Conclusion CT-laser-guided percutaneous transthoracic aspiration biopsy is a quick, safe and effective method of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
