Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Danbie capsule assisted treatment of eccyesis. Methods 80 cases patients with eccyesis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 cases.Observation group adopted the treatment of methotrexate(MTX) mixed with Danbie capsule, while control group used MTX with vitamin B6.After treatment, compared the effect, course of treatment and the situation of mass subsided and the blood film plush gonadotropin(β-hCG).Results In observation group, cure rate was higher than that of control group, surgical intervention was lower than that of control group, course of treatment was shorter than that of control group(P0.05).From 2 weeks after treatment began, diameter adnexal mass was significantly shorter than that of control group, blood β-hCG level of observation group was lower than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Danbie capsule assisted treatment of eccyesis can enhance the efficacy, shorten course of treatment, while effective in treating pelvic inflammatory disease.
