Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the fingerprint in Rupikang Capsules. Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).Water-0.1% phosphoric acid water-acetonitrile mixture was as mobile phase, linear gradient elution;sample quantity:20μL;column temperature:30 ℃;detection wavelength at 280 nm.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(version 2004A)was used. Results:Common peak is separated well. Conclusion:This method provides more comprehensive information about quality standard of Rupikang Capsules and is good to control the quality of the production.
