Abstract
Objective:To explore the experimental conditions of fingerprint in Rupikang Capsules. Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The sample experimental conditions of the extraction solvent and extraction method were selected and wavelengthan and elution solvent and elution method were determined. Results:80% ethanol was as the extraction solvent, ultrasonic extraction 60 min, wavelengthan 280 nm,selecting elution condition 4. Conclusion:The method is easy to operate and can be used for the foundation of the fingerprint study of Rupikang Capsules.
