Abstract
The paper mainly analyzed the characteristics of the coal washing waste water and the reasons being hard treated. The study discussed the synthesis of flocculant of cationic starch grafted by acrylamide, which applies to this type of waste water treatment, and through orthogonal test identified the production of modified poly acrylamide synthesis of the best conditions: the grafting reaction,c(Ce4+)=0.5×10-3mol/L,w(St):w(Am)=1:4;the cationic reaction,n-(acrylamide):n(formaldehyde):n(dimethylamine)=1.0:1.0:0.5,the temperature of reaction is 75 ℃.
