Abstract

Based on experience on practical teaching,suggestion on practical teaching improvement of food specialty was given as:clearly understanding purpose and task,conscientiously doing a good job of organization and mobilization work,strengthening of practical training guidance and management of the process,students acutely assessmenting the work of students,and being good at discovering problems and actively search for solutions of practical teaching of food specialty.
