Reflection on Strengthening Practical Teaching of Food Quality and Security Specialty in New Situation

Practical teaching was an important teaching activity to make personnel training target and train qualified talents possible.At present,there were many problems in practical teaching,such as our attaching less importance,out-of-date concept,lack of fund and short of teachers.Some measures should be taken to solve the problems,and practical teaching quality should be enhanced.Measures as follow should be taken: ①change educational concept;②reform course system and set up new practical teaching system;③strengthen lab and practical bases construction as well as the building of the teachers.
