Abstract

Objective Research on the influence of the Miao traditional medicine Jinwujiangu Decoction to Collagen-induced arthritis rats on expression of IL-17 and IL-23. Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,tripterygium glcosides control group and high,medium and low dose groups of Jinwujiangu Decoction. Establish collagen induced arthritis models in rats( CIA). Serum of CIA rats IL-17,IL-23 expression was detected by ELISA. Results IL-17,IL-23 expressions of CIA rat serum were significantly higher than those of the control group( P 0. 01). Jinwujiangu Decoction groups and tripterygium glycosides controls were down-regulated the expression of IL-23 and IL-17( P 0. 01 or P 0. 05). High dose of Jinwujiangu Decoction group is better than that of tripterygium glycosides in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion CIA model rats serum IL-17,IL-23 showed high expression levels,Miao medicine jinwujiangu can reduce CIA rat serum I L-17,IL-23 expression.
