Abstract

Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum homocysteine(HCY) and high sensitive C-reactive Protein(hsCRP)and lipoprotein(a)(LP(a)) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:The levels of Hcy,hsCRP,LP(a) were measured in 127 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 healthy controls and the results were made statistical analysis. Results:The levels of Hcy,hsCRP,LP(a) in patients with acute cerebral infarction were signigicantly higher than those in healthy controls(P0.01),while Hcy,hsCRP,LP(a) had statistical signigicance among different clinical subtype groups of cerebral infarction(P0.01).Conclusion:Hcy,hsCRP,LP(a) are independent risk factors for atherosclerotic, important serum markers for acute cerebral infarction.Joint detection of the three markers can significantly raise the isolating rate, have clinical significance for evaluating the prediction, dignosis, prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
