Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationships among serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) and homocysteine(Hcy) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2006 to December 2011 were divided into 3 groups according to the neurological deficiency score within 24 hours after admission: 32 cases of mild neurological deficiency(4),moderate neurological deficiency(4 ~ 15) and severe neurological deficiency(15).The hsCRP,ox-LDL and Hcy levels of 3 groups were detected. Results There were significant differences of hsCRP,ox-LDL and Hcy levels among 3 groups, and with the deterioration of the patients' condition,hsCRP,ox-LDL and Hcy levels showed the tendency of increase, the differences of hsCRP,ox-LDL and Hcy levels among 3 groups were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions The hsCRP,ox-LDL and Hcy levels have important clinical diagnostic value for acute cerebral infarction.
