The Protection of Human Rights and the Re-amendment of Criminal Procedure Law

As the protection of human rights in criminal suit has become a common concern, the idea of protecting the human rights should become the basic guiding principle in the re-amendment of criminal procedure law. Therefore, we should change the situation of the protection of human rights in the current criminal suit, reform and improve the current criminal procedure law, and construct a more intact human right protection system in criminal suit, in order that the criminal procedure law may play its greatest role in the protection of human rights.
