Abstract
The protection of the human rights in criminal procedure has become more and more important. In the rectified law of criminal procedure, there are some significant reforms in the institutions of criminal procedure and the judicial institutions, which enhance the protection of human rights. However, there are still many problems in both criminal procedure and people's notion. The article provides some new thinking methods to the problems.
