Increasing Farmer's Income Needs Changing Thoughts

There are both system and industry structure reasons to farmer's income problems.Therefore,in order to settle deep level of farmer's income problem,China must combine system innovation with industry breakthrough.For systems,China must abolish the seperation system between the cities and the countryside,and realize two changes':turning from agriculture supporting indutry development to industry nurturing agriculture and from coutryside supporting cities to cities nurturing coutryside.Also,China must adjust the national income's distribution structure,and increase the investment on agriculture and contryside, so as to create conditions for agriculture and rural economy development.For industries,China must turn from the tendency of overspeed industry structure upgrading,while support the develoment of labor-intensive manufacture,so as to provide more non-agricultural job occupations,to transfer rural excessive labor force in a large scale,and to lower rural land burden as well.All these will help to create conditions for rural modernization and to assure steady increase of farmer's income.
