Abstract
Farmers' income is a key issue which plays an important role in the whole socio-ecomic development.For the past years the growth rate of farmer's income has been going down,this has put some negative effects on the macro economic development.So increasing farmer's income is the major part of whole economic work.Owing to the ineffectiveness of old measures in increasing farmer's income,it is needed to adopt new strategy and new measures to promote farmer's income increase.These new measures are as follows:restructuring agriculture so as to make the agricultural structure be more suitable to the market demand,promoting urbanization in rural area so as to build a health relationship between rural area and urban area,adjusting distribution structure of national income so as to raise the agricultural ratio in the fiscal expenditures.
