The Characteristics and Building Strategy of Specialty Teaching Team in Higher Vocational colleges

Abstract

As an important task stated in the plan for constructing national model vocational college,a high-level specialty teaching team composed of both full-time and part-time lecturers is required.The Ministry of Education has started to evaluate state-level specialty teaching teams.With an analysis of the characteristics of specialty teaching team of higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward strategies for the building of specialty teaching team.Issues of organization reconstruction arising from the building of specialty teaching team are also discussed.
