Abstract

In order to improve the quality of software technology in higher vocational colleges,the construction of teaching team is the key. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of teaching team of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,and explores the construction of professional teaching team based on project cooperation,the construction of teaching team,the construction of teaching team,and the ability to improve the professional ability of teachers.
