The Optimal Study on the Construction of Teaching Teams of Tourism Administration Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Teachers’development and students’training program of the Tourism Administration Specialty have been controversial,which is related to enterprises as well as to colleges and students.But the most important reason results from the problem with the construction of teaching teams of the whole Tourism Administration Specialty.All the time,the application of team building into higher vocational colleges is rare,but the functions of team building have appeared in many other fields.As a consequence,only by building high-qualified teaching teams for the tourism specialty can students’ training quality be improved.
