Abstract
In this theoretical,a detailed description about the whole process of thermal boundary determined and thermal couple analysis of piston of gasoline engine is made.By using AVL Boost, third boundary condition could be got.Effect of thermal couple analysis could be got by thermal field Superposition.Piston Structure is studied form several aspects, such as temperature distribution and thermal stress and mechanical stress. Its supports the further improvement of piston. The theoretical basis of the thermal analysis of piston is discussed and a 3-dimensional finite element model is built up.The thermal field of the piston is calculated, and the 3-dimensional thermal field distribution characteristic is got, therefore,The theoretical basis of the thermal analysis of piston have important research value.
