The Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway(CNP) on the Postoperative Pain of Patients with Hemorrhoids Surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on the postoperative pain of patients with hemorrhoids surgery.Methods All 60 patients with hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into two groups,of which one group formed of 30 patients was CNP and another was control group.While CNP group would be applied with clinical nursing pathway,control group would just take normal nursing.Then compared the physiological reaction and the postoperative pain after operation for 2h,12h,24h,48h.Results There were significant difference in the physiological reaction between the two groups(P0.05).The VAS scores of two groups decreased after operation for 2h,12h,24h,48h,and the VAS score of CNP group was less than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The application of CNP for patients with hemorrhoids surgery could effectively reduce the postoperative pain and promote rehabilitation.
