Research of The Elements Which Affect The Postoperative Pain in The Patients Who Are with Thyroid Cancer

Objective To research the patients' cognition of the treatments of postoperative pain, to discuss the elements which affect the pain, then to ease the pain. Methods 289 cases of thyroid cancer postoperative patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 150 cases in the intervention group and 139 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group were received the pain treatment and conditional nursing, however, the intervention group patients were received the comprehensive nursing, then use the VAS to evaluate the results. Results The scores of pain which are evaluated after 12 h, 24 h,48 h,72 h in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and there are significant differences in the two groups(P0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the patients' pain and improve the nursing satisfaction.
