Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of three kinds of desensitizer in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 240 teeth from 100 patients with dentine hypersensitivity were divided into three groups,and treated by the three different methods Gluma,Herbal desensitizer and I-bond respectively.The effects of the three different methods were compared with one another.Results The curative rate of I-bond was significantly lower than those of the other two groups.Conclusion Gluma and Herbal desensitizer are rapid and effective dentine desensitizers.
