Treatment of Dentine Hypersensitivity with Three Kinds of Desensitizer

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of three kinds of desensitizer in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity. Methods Dentine dypersensitivity of 183 teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups,as GIUMA,Greenor. and resinifying solution group.Effective rate of the three agents on dentin hypersensitivity was examined immediately, three months after the treatment.Results The effect of the three agents showed no difference immediately. Three months after the treatment,the efficacy of GLUMA and Greenor were similiar and significant higher than resinifying solution.Conclusion GLUMA and Greenor wmight be effective desensitizer for dentin hypersensitivity.
