Abstract

The transition of deixtic theory to pragmatics serves as the theoretical base for deixis study.Although person deixis is a more closed linguistic system,its marked usage is of multiple pragmatic functions.The marked usage of the plural first person deixis(we) is studied from the perspective of pragmatics.
