Abstract

Requirement engineering is the first step of systems'life cycle.It is the key to getting successful systems that defining correct and integrate requirements.The framework of requiements is a templet of requirements content which should be contained in the requiremments specification.Based on the analysis of the definition and class of requirements of IEEE,INCOSE and OMG,and consistent with C4ISR/DOD AF,a requirement system framework of C4ISR system is presented considering the practical experences.
