Developing Method of Military Requirement of C~4ISR System

Abstract

Due to the lack of formal and sophisticated developing method of military requirement of C ISR system, a new definition of military requirement of C ISR system was presented. According to architecture framework theory, the development of military requirement is divided into four parts, as developing of mission requirement, operational requirement, integrated logistics requirement and formal requirement document requirement specification. Finally, all developing methods were studied respectively and all the developing processes were summarized. Development of real C ISR systems can be guided by the research results.
