Abstract

After the Opium War,Qing government was forced to contact with the world and diplomat became the main channel.Modern awareness of diplomat began to sprout,which began to be professional and special.Modernization of diplomat began.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,a large number of outstanding professional diplomats came out.China's diplomatic philosophy was further updated.The quality of diplomats has greatly improved and the process of diplomatic modernization continued.China's modernization is described by comparing the quality of diplomats.
