Evolving of Diplomatic Institutions During Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China Analyzing the Process of Diplomatic Modernization

Modernization of Chinese diplomatic institutions,which began from late Qing Dynasty,was completed early in Republic of China.There were Prime Minister Agency and Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the period.Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have played a catalytic role in the diplomatic modernization.While within the framework of feudal rule,the process of diplomatic reform is full of contradictions.Before the end of Qing Dynasty,the mission of diplomatic modernization failed to complete.After the victory of the Revolution,the republic system was established in China and a fundamental reform of diplomatic body began,eventually the historical mission of diplomatic modernization was completed.
