Abstract
A residue analysis method was established for Tebuconazole. After mechanical oscillating ex-tracted twice with acetone, impurities were removed twice by liquid-liquid partition.Wheat samples extraction was cleaned up through a neutral Al2O3 column, and then concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD.0.025,0.05 and 0.5mg/kg of Tebuconzole in spiked wheat were analyzed, and the recoveries were in the range of 73.98% to 82.86%,81.21% to 95.38%,and 81.51% to 97.98%,respectively.Coefficients of variation ranged from 5.74% to 9.33%.They all met the need of the pesticide residue analysis.
