Abstract

A residue analysis method was established for Tebuconazole. After mechanical oscillating extracted twice with 10mL acetone in wheat, remove impurities by liquid-liquid partition.Samples extraction was clean up with column, which added neutral Al2O3,then concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD.While mechanical oscillating extracted twice with 30mL acetone, adding 5mL water in banana, then by liquid-liquid partition twice to remove impurities. The samples were concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD.0.025 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg of tebuconzole in spiked banana and wheat were analysed by different analysts in inter-laboratory.Validation of the method was assured by accuracy, linearity, precision, sensitivity, specificity, recovery, reproducibility, stabilization of Tebuconazole standard working solution. The results showed they all met the need of the pesticide residue analysis.
