Abstract
On the basis of a series of heat treatment tests, the effect of different quenching and tempering temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of low alloy wear resistant steel was investigated in the article. The results indicate that, after quenching at 920℃/30min and tempering at 260℃/2h,the grain size of the specimens was fine and the microstructure consisted with lath martensite, carbides and few retained austenite.Meanwhile, the specimens had a good impact toughness and hardness.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
