Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeonol in DanlianQingwei granule. Method:The chromatographic conditions were Beckman ODS C18 colum, mobile phrase of methanol-water (65∶35), flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 274nm. Result:The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.032~0.32ig with the correlation coefficient 0.9998. The average recovery was 98.06% with RSD=1.34%(n=5). Conclusion:The HPLC method is sensitive, accurate and rapid. It can be used to control the quality of DanlianQingwei granule.
